Squadron Composition
Formed in the aftermath of the Blackout of 2402, Hypatia Division is composed of three starships capable of carrying out the various roles and responsibilities dictated by the mandate of the United Federation of Planets. USS Al-Batani
USS Al-Batani is an Excelsior II-class heavy cruiser commanded by Captain Vasoch Gor and assigned to the Shackleton Expanse as the division's command and control unit.
USS Cardenas
USS Cardenas is a Reliant-class frigate commanded by Captain Elliot Mercer and assigned to the division in a logistics and support role.
USS Hypatia
USS Hypatia is a Sutherland-class research cruiser commanded by Captain Noli Auru and is the flagship of the unit.
