== Summary ==
Based out of the USS ''Phoenix'', a Ross-class explorer, the Phoenix Frontier Squadron is Starfleet's most overlooked unit. Made up of misfits and outcasts, the squadron operates in the chaotic Alpha Doradus System. A place were lawlessness, piracy, and black-market trades thrive.
Following the collapse of the Romulan Star Empire, the Alpha Doradus Corridor has become a magnet for smugglers, warlords, and syndicates vying for control. Amid this fractured frontier, the Phoenix Frontier Squadron is Starfleet’s adaptive response; part law enforcement, part intelligence agency, part diplomatic wildcard.

With minimal support, they stand as the Federation's last line. With rival Romulan factions, piracy, and the growing Consortium tension is always high. Yet, the Squadron endures. With grit and determination, the squadron is a lifeline in a region where Starfleet's light has nearly gone out.
Driven more by necessity than regulation, the Squadron is tasked with stabilizing shipping lanes, monitoring illicit activity, and navigating the morally gray zones where peace is bought, not protected. At its core: the USS ''Phoenix'', a Ross-class starship serving as a mobile command center and operational hub in this volatile region. Without a fixed station to anchor them, the ''Phoenix'' acts as both tactical headquarters and diplomatic envoy in a space where allegiances are fluid and every cargo hold tells a different story.

Summary

Following the collapse of the Romulan Star Empire, the Alpha Doradus Corridor has become a magnet for smugglers, warlords, and syndicates vying for control. Amid this fractured frontier, the Phoenix Frontier Squadron is Starfleet’s adaptive response; part law enforcement, part intelligence agency, part diplomatic wildcard.

Driven more by necessity than regulation, the Squadron is tasked with stabilizing shipping lanes, monitoring illicit activity, and navigating the morally gray zones where peace is bought, not protected. At its core: the USS Phoenix, a Ross-class starship serving as a mobile command center and operational hub in this volatile region. Without a fixed station to anchor them, the Phoenix acts as both tactical headquarters and diplomatic envoy in a space where allegiances are fluid and every cargo hold tells a different story.
