USS Victory (NCC-92905) is a Sagan-class Federation starship currently assigned to the Fourth Fleet's Task Force 72. She is under the command of Captain Odysseus Hardy.
Launched in 2402 from the San Francisco Fleet Yards, the Victory is a cutting-edge exploratory vessel designed for missions outside of Federation space. The ship is among the rarest in Starfleet, deploying a number of Borg-derived systems and operating advanced systems such as multiphasic shielding and Type-XIV phaser arrays.
As part of the Fourth Fleet's diplomatic operations task force, the Victory is often allocated time-critical missions of negotiation, conflict resolution, and investigation that utilise its ability to sustain cruises at incredibly high speeds.
Shipboard Life
A modern starship, the interior of the Victory is composed of polished metal, few windows, expansive computer screens and extensive technical facilities including advanced holodecks and a comphrensive medical suite. All of the crew have their own quarters, ranging in comfort from small bedrooms with shared facilities for junior crewmembers to suites for the captain and executive officer.
The Victory operates a four hour watch system for bridge shifts, split between first watch (08:00 to 12:00), second watch (12:00 to 16:00), third watch (16:00 to 20:00), fourth watch (20:00 to 24:00), fifth watch (24:00 to 04:00) and sixth watch (04:00 to 08:00). The officer-of-the-watch, who is in command of the ship when the captain or executive officer is not present, is a senior bridge officer. The captain or executive officer, who are considered always on duty, are present on the bridge for significant events, actions, or at their discretion. Outside of the bridge, the crew rotates on eight hour duty shifts.
The Wardroom

The captain encourages the senior officers, and their guests, to make use of the Wardroom for recreation and more informal or intimate gatherings with visitors. The Wardroom is designed to feel like a relaxed lounge rather than a formal mess. Dark wall panels and ceiling beams soften the usual starship metal, while warm, golden overhead strips and small wall lights create a steady, comfortable glow. On one side, a compact but efficient galley holds replicators, a real hotplate, storage lockers, and a narrow counter where mugs and glasses tend to collect between shifts. This opens onto a long central table with built-in seating and a mix of sturdy chairs, where officers eat, work on padds, and linger over coffee or late-night drinks. A cylindrical holo-hearth sits against the main bulkhead, its programmed flames reflecting off brushed metal supports and making the room feel less mechanical. Around the edges, recessed shelves and display alcoves show mission plaques, old star charts, unit patches, framed crew photos, and a few carefully saved bottles for special occasions. A wall-mounted screen can switch between tactical feeds, news, or a quiet starfield, and there are a few smaller tables near the viewports for private conversations.
Hamilton Lounge

The Hamilton lounge feels like a classic hotel bar carefully adapted for life in space. Nestled in the heart of the Victory, the lounge is a long, low room with deep reds, dark metals, and soft gold accents that give it a warm, inviting glow. The walls are broken up by clean geometric panels and subtle inlays of starfields, ships, and Federation emblems, so the decor reflects space travel without overwhelming the eye. A bright, polished bar stretches almost the length of the room, backed by lit shelves of real and replicated bottles, with a neat row of stools where crew and their guests can sit and talk. Overhead, the ceiling is divided into shallow coffers and structural ribs with recessed lighting instead of harsh strips, keeping the atmosphere low and comfortable. Patterned carpeting softens the deck plating underfoot, and curved banquettes, small tables, and a compact grand piano near one end complete the layout. The result feels less like the polished meetal of the rest of the ship and more an ambience of warmth and colour.

Runabouts and Shuttles
There are six runabouts on the Victory, with some named after an action undertaken by its historic namesake: Anvil, Amhearst, St Vincent, Gibraltar, Toulon, and Trafalgar. The two Arrow-class runabouts are the Anvil and Amhearst, the two Volga-class runabouts are the St Vincent and Toulon, the Danube-class runabout is the Gibraltar and the New Atlantic-class runabout is the Trafalgar.
To create compacity for starfighters and runabouts, the typical complement of twenty shuttles has been reduced on the Victory to ten, all of which are the new Type-12 shuttles, a highly-capable craft that is the standard personnel shuttle deployed across Starfleet's newest ships and bases.
Lineage

The HMS Victory was an ancient Earth sailing ship and one of the most famous warships in the Royal Navy, being the flaghip of Admiral Nelson at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. The ship continued to serve as a flagship and museum for several centuries afterward.
The USS Victory (NCC-9754) was a 24th-century Constellation-class starship once under the command of Captain Zimbata and subsequently involved in the incident and investigation of Tarchannen III alongside the USS Enterprise. The ship later served with distinction in the Dominion War.
